PAYMENT PROCESS :

The registration will be validated and your name will appear in the list of participants only after the payment has been received. If you plan to submit an abstract or a poster (deadline : March 1st), you can wait for the SOC decision before launching the payment (extended deadline for payment: April 25th).

Once you have registered on the present website, you need to register through AzurColloque in order to launch the payment, by clicking on this link :

Payment can be done by credit card (individuals), by bank transfer or purchase order. Note that the warning message "purchase order is allowed only for french organizations" (cf screenshot below) is erroneous, we do accept any bank transfer. Do not consider the message and click on "next" .

Please make sure to identify your bank transfer as "ACO-TLS-2023".

If you want your institution to pay, you will have to fill in its address along with the contact of the person who will issue the payment. Please also check that you or the finance contact gets the invoice: contact us quickly if you feel it might have failed. Payment receipt in case of bank transfer/purchase order will be sent only after validation from our accounting service, which can take between 5 and 15 days.
